Living spaces at SunsetSanctuaryNosara are decorated in part with photos of local howler monkeys. These vociferous little tree dwellers are endangered — population growth in and around Nosara is continually reducing their natural habitat, forcing them onto power lines to move around. The sad result is frequent injury and death from electrocution. In an effort to help, SunsetSanctuaryNosara is offering our photos for sale (monkeys, sunsets, etc.), with proceeds going to build monkey bridges and cover electrical transformers around town.
