We spent many years in the corporate world—Tim in communications and Wendy in human resources—before deciding to trade busy schedules and cold Minneapolis winters for a simpler way of life.

We came to Nosara on a whim in 2016. Having found an incredibly engaging and friendly little town, and drawn by the sunshine, jungle setting, nearby beaches, and constant presence of wildlife, we came back again and again.

Eventually, we built a home, made the move and today live here full-time. Along with our own home, we built space for you! 

At this point, we should point out … while our Nosara short term rental offerings are new, we are long-time AirBnb SuperHosts, having operated nine AirBnBs in Minnesota in the past 10 years. What we’re saying is, you can book with confidence!

Slow mornings, howler monkeys bellowing in nearby trees, and long walks on the beach with our cadre of dogs are part of everyday life here—and the kind of experience we hope to share with you.
