Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to offer a policy that balances guest flexibility with the realities of managing a small, owner-operated property.
The total amount due is payable upon booking via this site. The following policy governs cancellation refunds:
Grace Period
Guests may cancel a reservation within 24 hours of booking (if check-in is at least 60 days away) for a full refund.
Standard Cancellations
- 60+ days before check-in: 85% refund (15% retained to cover admin and banking fees).
- 30–59 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
Peak & Holiday Weeks
(Dec. 15 – Jan. 10, Easter/Semana Santa, and major holidays)
Non-refundable once booked.
Re-rental Clause
If the villa can be re-rented for the cancelled dates, we will refund the amount recovered, minus a 15% admin fee.
Date Changes
One complimentary date change may be requested more than 60 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations or delays.
